Philip Harding is an impact-driven entrepreneur, businessman, global speaker, and educator dedicated to helping people live out their purpose and create meaningful change. Guided by a deep belief in stewardship and calling, he is passionate about equipping individuals to use their gifts to serve others and strengthen communities.

As cofounder of Impact Junkie, Philip leads a global network empowering entrepreneurs and investors to tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges through innovation, collaboration, and action. His work spans across the United States and internationally, where he has partnered with governments, universities, and organizations to design and deliver training programs focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and civic impact. His initiatives have reached communities across Central America, the Middle East, and Asia, inspiring thousands to launch ventures and pursue purpose-driven work.

Philip previously served as a senior advisor within the U.S. government, working across federal agencies to improve citizen services and advance innovative solutions. He also co-founded The Great Pitch, an initiative that has directed more than $16 million toward ideas that strengthen government digital services and public engagement.

A graduate of Harvard University, Philip was elected university-wide student body president and selected to deliver the graduate commencement address at Harvard. He remains actively engaged in the innovation ecosystem as a mentor at the Harvard Innovation Lab and as a lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, where he teaches courses on innovation and social entrepreneurship.
